Important Notice: Forex and other financial market trading involve a significant level of risk. However, the degree of risk largely depends on the trader’s discipline, understanding of market behavior, emotional control, and ability to apply effective risk management strategies. Proper education and consistent practice can greatly reduce exposure to unnecessary losses.

At KoriyeAcademy, we believe that knowledge is the foundation for identifying, understanding, and managing trading risks. Over the past three (3) years, the academy has trained individuals from diverse professional backgrounds — including engineers, doctors, teachers, business owners, and students — by providing accurate, practical, and structured Forex trading education. When applied with dedication and discipline, this knowledge can contribute to financial independence and long-term self-reliance.

By enrolling in KoriyeAcademy, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand that Forex trading involves financial risk, and that proper education and discipline can help reduce, but not eliminate, such risks.
  • You commit to applying the strategies, principles, and guidance taught by the academy responsibly.
  • You accept that KoriyeAcademy provides educational services only and does not guarantee profits or specific financial outcomes.

KoriyeAcademy Agreement

This agreement outlines the responsibilities, commitments, and policies that apply to all members of KoriyeAcademy while learning and practicing Forex trading.

1. Rules & Guidelines

  • 1.1 Respect & Professionalism:All students must treat trainers, staff, and fellow traders with respect. Abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • 1.2 Attendance & Participation: Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, webinars, and mentorship sessions on time, and to complete all assigned learning and trading exercises.
  • 1.3 Compliance & Legal Requirements: All trading activities must comply with applicable local and international financial laws and regulations. The use of acquired skills for illegal activities, including fraud or money laundering, is strictly prohibited.
  • 1.4 Confidentiality: Academy materials, strategies, trade setups, and internal discussions must not be shared outside the academy without prior written consent. Students must respect the privacy of other members.
  • 1.5 Intellectual Property & Non-Teaching Clause: All course content, strategies, and training methodologies are the intellectual property of KoriyeAcademy. Students may not resell, redistribute, or teach the material, nor create competing educational services, without written authorization.
  • 1.6 Realistic Expectation Clause: Forex education requires significant effort, comparable to or greater than traditional academic programs. Mastery demands long-term learning, practice, psychological discipline, and continuous market study.
  • 1.7 Legal Commitment Clause: Enrollment is a personal and informed decision. Students agree to avoid publicly promoting or debating their enrollment before gaining sufficient knowledge to clearly explain Forex trading, particularly in environments where the subject is not well understood.
  • 1.8 Lifetime Access & Coachability Clause: Lifetime access to academy resources is granted conditionally. KoriyeAcademy reserves the right to revoke access if a student consistently fails to participate, shows no effort to learn, or misuses academy resources.
  • 1.9 Risk Awareness: Students acknowledge that Forex trading carries financial risk, and KoriyeAcademy is not responsible for any personal trading losses incurred.
  • 1.10 No Guaranteed Profits: The academy provides education and mentorship only. Trading success varies by individual and depends on skill, discipline, and risk management.
  • 1.11 Financial Stability Requirement: Students are advised to have a stable source of income. Forex trading is not a quick-profit scheme and requires patience and emotional stability.
  • 1.12 Advertisement Policy: By enrolling, students consent to the use of testimonials, success stories, feedback, and interviews (audio or video) for promotional purposes.
  • 1.13 Data Protection: KoriyeAcademy is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information will not be sold or shared without consent.
  • 1.14 Termination Clause: Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

2. Refund Policy

Students who are not satisfied with the quality of training may request a refund within seven (7) days from the official start date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the academy administration. Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days. No refund requests will be accepted after the 7-day period.
